Srikrishna::tell us one good reason for united ap?
chiru:

he calls aravind and get back to him saying since there is saying i told in movies “kalisi unte kaladu sukam,no matter what”,so unity is good, please dont ask me more about this, naaku shooting time ayyindhi.

Srikrishna::what do you think telangana people want?
chiru:
there is no desire for telangana in telangana,i stay in banjara hills, which is heartland of telangana, there nobody talks about telangana.
(chiru thinks he gave tremendous answer to committe and drinks one thumsup now)

Srikrishna::
unable to see chiru's overaction, srkrishna asks him about "egg incident" in telangana.
chiru:
that was just a feat like i did in movies,i was hungry,i wanted my fan to throw egg from down in public so that i can catch it with my mouth and eat it,but it just missed and hit my head, next time when i tour telangana i will try the same trick, but this time with chappals.
(now srikrishna applies navrathan tailam bought by chiru for headaches).

Srikrishna:
kcr is effective speaker, but chiru you are a great actor.
(chiru confirmed with members, srikrishna meant that he is a legend by good actor, and mohanbabu is just a celebrity,he is so happy and tought his meeting was so successful and also asks srikrishna not to open his report but put it in time capsule)

chiru:
naaku ee avakasham ichina peddalandariki,na fanski vela vela dandalu,ee speech rasichina paruchuri ki namasumanjali, finally he forgets where he is and says malli ee cinema 100days functionki vastha.

why telangana by simplytelangana.com

India – Independence Fight
India has been under British rule for about 300 yearsIndia fought for 90 years to achieve IndependenceSelf-respect, self-rule, slavery, and exploitation by the British were reasons for the fight.India got independence in 1947.

Telangana – Statehood fight
Telangana is under the rule of Andhra Rulers for the last 54 years.Telangana is fighting for independence for the last 41 yearsTelangana people are fighting for the same reasons. Self respect, self-rule and against their exploitation by the Andhra RulersTelangana lost its freedom in 1956.. When will Telangana become Independent…????
Telangana Statehood… Why..?

Every Telanganite wants to see Telangana as a separate state for the following reasons.

Deception
Discrimination
Domination
Destruction
Degradation
Deviation
Deprivation
Deception

Telanganites have been deceived at every level
Every political party and political leader both in the Telangana and Non- Telangana regions supported the statehood for Telangana and took a complete U-turn just when it was about to happen.
2009 Election Manifestos of all major political parties(Congress-I, Telugu Desam, Bharatiya Janata Party, Praja Rajyam, and Telangana Rashtriya Samithi) demanded separate statehood for Telangana.
All Parties in 2004 and 2009 Elections – Confused the people of Telangana by the magic of their words. For instance, they intentionally said they were not against Telangana which was understood by many that they were Pro Telangana
After the December 9th statement, excepting BJP and TRS, no other party stood on their words.
Promise at the time of merger that a Telanganite would be either Chief Minister or a Deputy Chief minister was never kept.
Neither the breaucrats nor the politicians were ever interested in executing the 610 GO and the Six Point formula formed for the benefit of Telangana.
Most of the irrigation projects for Telangana were limited to the stone laying ceremonies and never executed.
Water share – a) Sagar Canals b) Pothi Reddy Paadu c) Categorizing Irrigation through tanks as Minor irrigation and neglecting Minor irrigation subsequently
Deceiving Telangana after 1969 agitation and subsequent Election mandates.
Pranab Committee which met only once in 7 Years and Roshaiah committee which did not start work at all.
False or Misleading statistics projected. For example, projecting Telangana districts as more developed than Coastal districts such as W.Godavari and E.Godavari. Another example is Showing the development of settled Seemandhra people as development of Telangana.
Statistics of development of Telangana and Seema Andhra are compared in the percentages rather than actual numbers. (for example Ranga Reddy District has one degree college, if they build one more degree college it is 100% growth)
Discrimination
Denial of fair-share in the high offices of legislature to the M.L.As and M.L.Cs from Telangana who make 119 out of 294 in the Assembly and 40 out of 90 in the Council.
Telanganites were always ignored in terms of key minister portfolios. Even if given, they were never allowed to take any decisions in favor of Telangana. The current Irrigation and Home ministers can be cited as an example.
Key posts allocation at the Secretariat. Statistical data says, 90% of the people working in Secretariat are from Non-Telangana regions.
Since the Key Posts in Secretariat are occupied by people from Non-Telangana Region, though plans were made in favor of Telangana, they neither got approved nor the funds were released.
SEZ Allocations have shown allocation of land to non-Telanganites notably non-Telangana politicians.
Unethical employment into key jobs across all Government Sectors by Seemandhrites.
Till date, there has not been a single Advocate General from the Telanaga region.
Singareni Colleries was setup by Nizam Government for the people of Telangana, now all the administrative jobs are held by Seemandhra People.
The pharma industries setup around Hyderabad by the Seemandhra people mostly employ non-Telanganites.
The biggest rivers, Godavari and Krishna flow for more than 75% in the region of telangana and water share for Telangana does not cross more than 20%.
There is no project on Godavari for 400 km between Sri Ram Sagar and Dhavaleshwaram.
The biggest irrigation project in Telangana region Sri Ram Sagar has not been completed even after 40 years of its inception.
Funds for the irrigation projects in Seemandhra get released but, the same would not happen for the Telangana Projects.
Telangana Projects are projected for Central Funds with unrealistic numbers and would never get approved and the Seemandhra projects are worked out with the state budget with the approval authority being local Politicians again dominated by non-Telangana region.
The policy makers are from the Seemandhra Region, they get policies worked out in the benefit of the Seemandhra region.
Most backward district in AP is Mahabubnagar. It was granted 4% white ration cards. Most developed district in AP is West Godavari. It was given 7% white ration cards.
AP dairy buys milk from farmers of the Andhra at Rs 24.30 per unit and from the farmers from Telangana region at Rs 22.30.
Government buys sugar cane from farmers of Andhra region at – Rs 1200(per quintal) and the same is bought from farmers of Telangana region at Rs 890(per quintal).
93% of the AP Housing board houses were allocated to non Telangana people in the capital city of Hyderabad.
Irrigation Projects :
Telangana
SLBC(SriRam Sagar Left Bank Canal) (30 TMC) was not taken up
SLBC beyond Musi river (20 TMC) not taken up

SRBC (19 TMC) completed
KC canal extension completed (10 TMC)
Upland areas Brahmamgari matham reservoir (10 TMC) completed
SRBC beyond Gorakallu (20TMC) under construction
Puchintala evaporation losses (5 TMC) under construction
Veligonda not recommended project (40 TMC) almost completed
Handrineeva sujala sarvanthi not recommended (38 TMC) almost completed
Galerunagari sujala sravanthi not recommended (38 TMC) is under construction
PothireddyPadu initially was a drinking water project for chennai later converted to Irrigation Project taking water from Srisailam Reservoir.
Destruction
PSU’s established by Nizams were closed down.
Nizam Sagar dam, built in 1931, used to cater to 2.75 L acres of land during the pre independence era. After building the Singur dam which was opposed by the telangana people the Nizam Sagar dam is now almost dry. World bank sanction of 30 crores for this project was never spent.
Nizam sugar Factory was one of the biggest sugar factory in Asia under the Nizam rule. This was declared as a sick unit and sold off to Seemandhra investor at a throw away price. The sale motive was to acquire the enormus assets of Nizam Sugar Factory.
Azam Jahi Mills used to give employment to 15000 people. The government did not show any interest in running this industry and once again declared it as a sick unit and sold off to the investors who later turned it into a real estate asset.
Similar stories repeated with DBR Mills, Allwyn, Anthargami Spinning Mills, Sirpur Silk factory
Pharamceutical companies setup around the city of Hyderabad by the Seemandhra people have destroyed the environment of Hyderabad.
Metro Rail project is being designed dilapidating 5000 shops, 2500 houses, 147 schools, 120 hospitals, 60 Temples/Masjid/Churches. Historical monuments will disappear. All shops and complexes throughout Metro rail route are with Seemandhra thugs.
RDS (Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme) was built in Mahaboobnagar to provide water to 85000 hectares of land in the district. The leaders of Rayalaseema blasted the gates of RDS to divert the water to KC (Kurnool-Kadapa) canal and now, the remaining water if any, is supplied to the lands in Mahaboobnagar.
Domination
Political Domination
In the legislative house of 294 MLA’s 175 are represented by Non-Telangana and 119 from Telangana, It was 107 for telangana and 187 for non-Telangana before the elections of 2009.
Since the formation of Andhra Pradesh only 6.5 years period had a chief minister from Telangana Region which is shared in 4 terms none of them lasted for more than 2.5 years
The major regional parties TDP and PRP have their leadership from the Non-Telangana Region.
The National parties BJP and Cong also have major leadership from the Non-Telangana Region.
None of the political parties/leaders of both Telangana and Non-Telangana have opposed the formation of Telangana before Dec 9th 2009.
Media
Most of the Print Media and Television Media is owned by the Non-Telangana regions

Most of the department heads are from the Non-Telangana region, projects towards the Telangana Region would not get approved or Finance is not released.
Implementation of GO 610 and Six Point Rule formula is delayed by the bureaucrats.
Promotions in a department are supposed to based on Rule of reservation and Six Point Formula. Most of the departments do not follow this.
Education
Most of the Private Education institutions have been from the Non-Telangana Region, this has made it perfect for them to change the rules as per their wishes. For example.. EAMCET exam includes Board Exam marks which was not a process earlier.
Higher representation of Govt Schools/Colleges and Degree Colleges in the Non Telangana region. Higher investments in the Non-Telanaga Regions.
Industrial/Capitalization
65% of the industries owned in Telanagana are owned by Non-Telanganites, 12% are owned by Telangnites Rest of them are owned by others.
Getting Permissions to invest in an industry are influenced by the Political and Bureaucratic domination.
Telanganites were refused for jobs in the industries setup by Non-Telanganites in the region of Telangana. Non-Telangana Regions they were not even entertained to apply for the jobs.
Film, Real Estate, Production, Manufacturing and Pharmacy industries are dominated by the Non-Telanganites and all the ancillary industries business are refused for the Telanganites.
There has been huge influence in these industries.
Degradation/Defamation
Culture of Telangana has been defamed by the Non-Telangana people.
Language of Telangana has been degraded in the movies produced by the Non-Telangana People
Telanganites were looked as Second graded citizens by the Non-Telangana people in the region of Telangana
Deviation
Gentleman Agreement
Mulki Rules suggest the telangana jobs to be given to the people who have resided for 12 years in Telangana, This rule has been deviated and Non-telanganites secured 28,000 jobs in Telangana by getting bogus Mulki Certificates.
Between 1975 to 1985 again 58,000 by violating presidential order. 610 GO was released to rectify this but was not implemented till date after 25 years since the secretarial heads are all from the Non-Telangana Region
Mulki Rules was changed by the Legislative house dominated by Non-Telanagana and set it to mere 4 years of stay in Telangana Region.
The First point of Gentleman rule was to have a Deputy Chief Minister from Telangana Region in the last 54 years of Andhra Pradesh it never happened.
GO 610

Six Point Formula
As per Six point formula the promotions should also be given within the Zone. This was not followed and promotions were given by seniority restricting the telangana job holders not to grow in the position.
As per Labour Laws Non-Technical jobs would need to be given to the local people, These rule has been deviated by all of the Pharmaceutical companies.
SEZ Lands
SEZ Lands have been allocated to the Non-Telanagana politicians.
Rules were deviated such they could get to use part of the land for their business use or development of Real Estate.
The investors promised to provide employment based on the original allotment, used the Real Estate land and never provided the employment.
Deprivation

Would there be an AndhraState in 1953 had Madrasis forced in the name of SamaikyaMadras(Madras state) ?.

Introduction

Madras state existed prior to 1953,current seemandhra region of AP,tamilnadu and some regions of karnataka and kerala were part of it.

Andhra separated from Madras state seeking a state for telugu speaking people providing reasons like self respect, discrimination and selfrule to all telugus(andhrites) during that separate state campaign, potti sriramulu fought for andhra state by fasting for more than 50 days, like kcr did for telangana(11 days).

What if had there been a movement demanding for united dravidian state, forcing andhrites to stay united in madras state prior to 1953?

what if had they demanded a single state for all the dravidians that is all south indians, arguing govt can save money on multiple chief ministers and several other portfolios, there by govt spending could be saved on these politicians in a big way.

What if had they argued some selfish, unemployed politicians, even people like potti sriramulu started separatist movements to make sure that their family enjoys the power in new states.

what if had they came up with estimated statistics of like irrigation, education and

percaptia income in the combined state of samaikyamadras like loksatta JPN bought some misleading statistics of telangana(attributing natural growth interms of % increase),and also advising people instead of having states lets have district governments giving power to districts(JP's idea of saying no to telangana).

What if had they argued that dividing states by language would lead to more than 200 new states(since we have more than 200 languages spoken by 1 million or more people) in india, which would be a threat to national integration, and chances of increase in number of terrorits or naxalites would be very high.

like currently few ignorant seemandhrites arguing dividing states by whatever reason telanganites attribute(selfrespect, selfrule, culture and development) will lead to 100 new states, which would be a threat to national integration, and chances of increase in number of terrorits or naxalites would be very high.

Would there be a teluguthalli, had madrasis forced seemadhrites in the name of dravidathalli to stay united?

Many telanganites are believing madrasis should have done something like what few seemandhrites are doing now in the name of samaikyandhra.Atleast then seemandhra samaikyavadis would understand the pain and agony of T's when few seemandhrites argue illogically about the telangana in the name of samaikyandhra(a violent way of forcing people to stay united, like hitler forcing other european countries during ww2).

Note:

When i say few seemandhrites,i mean only and only those who are opposing telangana with baseless arguments, many seemandhrites are not opposing since they know having a state for them would be an advantage for them interms of infrastructure devlopment and ease of governence,i just wanted to convey a simple message to readers,we can have any number of states as long as those states are economically sustainable and people of that state desire, telangana is very much economically sustainable and people of telangana strongly wish for it,in such case one should not put invalid sentiments, like one language one state, one religion one state, one caste on state, etc..smaller states often provide better governence.

My Poetic Emotions & Telangana Freedom Struggle.

Disclaimer:
I have written the following in pain and agony over the hypocrism prevailing in AndhraPradesh.
I have the same respect to all the telugus in telangana and seemandhra, what i would like to see the justice for all of them and a great administration by government.

1.Name of the Poem::Dravida thalli gosha!
Dravida thalli(mother of telugu, tamil, malayalam, kannada) gosha to samaikyandhra hypocrites!
(Inspired over the hypocrism of samaikyavadis prevailing in AndhraPradesh)

"Thallini nenu thallini,ne thalli teluguthalli thallini dravidathallini..

2.Manchi valasavadi

(Inspired by many people, including me who go to several places for their
livelihood and live like brothers with the localites, like telanganasettlersfront.com)

"brathaka vachi, sthanikulatho snehabavam tho medhelevada neeku joharlu.

3.Chedu valasavadi

(Inspired by selfish unfaithful settlers like lagadapati, chiranjeevi who came to telangana for livelihood, earned crores and crores money from telangana, but acting against telanganite wishes)

"brathavachi, sthanikanga bathukuthunna varini banisalu ga chese o valasavadi..

4.Na telangana naaku kavaali

(Inspired by the way movies and media treat telangana culture and the way some of my freinds
treated my culture in college days due to ignorance)

"na bhashanu avamanichi,yasanu vekkirinchi,sanskruthini kinchaparichi

5.Vidyarthula balidanam
(Inspired and moved by suicides by innocent telanganastudents because of political impotence and incompetence of telangana leaders to resign for telangana)

"bathikiundali nuvvu ne telanganani kallarachoodadaniki

6.Telangana prajapradhinidhulara(congress & tdp leaders)

Telangana stalemate from mainstreamweekly.net

The newly created smaller States, namely, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, have achieved much higher growth rates in their GSDP than the targets set for the Tenth Five Year Plan, whereas the growth rates achieved by their parent states, namely, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh fell significantly short of the targets. (Planning Commission, 2008; Rao, 2009) Further, the growth rates achieved in the first two years of the Eleventh Plan, that is, 2007-08 and 2008-09, by Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand were significantly higher than those achieved by their parent States. Apart from releasing the creative energies of the people, viability of smaller States may have contributed to better governance, attracting greater private investment from outside as well as planning and utilising resources more efficiently. (World Bank, 2007)
An extremely encouraging development is in respect of Bihar, where the average growth rate achieved at 9.7 per cent per annum during these two years was significantly higher than for Jharkhand at 5.8 per cent per annum. (Aiyar, 2010; Rao, 2010) This may be explained by improved governance, of late, in this State, facilitated not the least by the fact that with the creation of Jharkhand, Bihar has become less heterogeneous and much smaller in area, with the size of its population getting reduced by about 25 per cent.
Experience has demonstrated the failure of regional planning to ensure adequate development of backward regions within the larger States. This is explained by the politics of planning in democracy inherent in such States characterised by regional unevenness in development. The experience of Maharashtra and Gujarat amply illustrates the failure to develop backward regions, despite the existence of constitutional provisions for setting up Regional Planning Boards and the powers entrusted to the Governor to review the progress of development under such regional plans. This experience underlines the need for conceding separate Statehood for certain backward regions like Telangana and Vidarbha.
The observations of B.R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of our Constitution, on the desirability of smaller States are prophetic. He welcomed the recommendation of the States Reorganisation Commission in 1955 for the creation of Hyderabad State consisting of Telangana region and creation of Vidarbha as a separate State. Further, he envisaged the division of Uttar Pradesh into three States (Western, Central and Eastern); Bihar into two (North and South or present Jharkhand); Madhya Pradesh into two (Northern and Southern); and Maharashtra into three (Western,Central and Eastern). He was for linguistic homogeneity of a State in the sense of ‘one State-one language’ and not ‘one language-one State’. He thus envisaged two Telugu speaking States, three Marathi speaking States and a large number of Hindi speaking States. (Ambedkar, 1979)
While arguing for smaller States, Ambedkar was guided basically by two considerations. One, no single State should be large enough to exercise undue influence in the federation. Drawing from the American experience, he thought that smaller States were in the best interests of healthy federalism. On this issue, his views were similar to those of K.M. Panikkar, set out in his note of dissent to the Report of the States Reorganisation Commission. Second, he thought that socially disadvantaged sections are likely to be subjected to greater discrimination in bigger States because of the consolidation of socially privileged or dominant groups. (Ambedkar, 1979)
Over the last half-a-century, two new dimensions have been added. Population growth and the multiplicity of developmental functions have rendered governance in large-size States inefficient. Secondly, in the context of development planning under democracy, significant regional diversities with respect to the historically inherited levels of infrastructure and institutions within certain large States have given rise to severe tensions concerning the distribution of benefits from development. These tensions have reached a point where harmonious development seems no longer possible without their break-up into smaller States which are relatively homogeneous. (Rao, 2010)
¨
The agitations for separate Statehood for Telangana in the Telangana region as well as for Samaikhya (United) Andhra Pradesh in the Andhra region are in full swing now. The agitation in Telangana is unprecedented in its sweep, being universal or, at any rate, far more widespread than in 1969, involving, among others, students, farmers, women and even children. The movement is virtually taken over and led by the students, all of whom were obviously born at least a decade after the agitation of 1969. It appears as if history is repeating itself or time is standing still for over four decades so far as this issue is concerned!
Curiously, in the case of the Andhra region, history appears to have been overturned. The ‘Jai Andhra’ or separate Andhra agitation of 1972-73 was triggered-off by the land reform legislation and the validation of Mulki Rules (preference for natives of Telangana in employment) by the Supreme Court, because of which the big landed sections as well as educated youth could lose in the integrated State. Over the last four decades, however, certain leading business sections, including those involved in real estate business from the Andhra region, developed a big stake in Telangana, particularly in and around Hyderabad city. Thanks to the lop-sided urbanisation and concentration of financial sector services and IT industry in Hyderabad in the post-reform period, the educated youth—most of whom were born after the ‘Jai Andhra’ agitation like their Telangana counterparts—could understandably have developed an emotional identification with the capital city and so a stake in Samaikhya (United) Andhra Pradesh.
Guided by the consensus among the major political parties in favour of the formation of separate Telangana State, as espoused in their election manifestos and reiterated by them as recently as on December 7, 2009, the Central Government on December 9 announced its decision to initiate the process for the formation of the Telangana State. Within hours, this decision triggered off a counter-agitation in the Andhra region for a united Andhra Pradesh, leaders of the major political parties taking sides by getting divided horizontally on regional lines. It is not clear whether these leaders did not mean what they promised earlier on Telangana in the expectation that no worthwhile initiative would come from the Centre or could not anticipate the adverse public reaction in the Andhra region in the event of any favourable move on the issue. In any case, this has placed the Centre in a difficult situation leading to the stalemate in the resolution of the crisis.
As it is, the Constitution fully empowers the Centre to carve out new States, the role of the State legislatures being limited to merely expressing their views on the proposed Bill by the Centre. While politics cannot be wished away in a democracy and the Centre cannot normally be expected to proceed against the wishes of the majority of legislators of a State, ultimately, politics in a democracy have to come to terms with the provisions of the Constitution and respect the universal demand of the people of a region for separate Statehood. Also, in the long-run, the youth of any region in the modern age, imbued as it would be with the democratic spirit, would come to respect the people’s wishes from the other region for separate Statehood. Besides, a pride in the capacity to develop oppor-tunities in one’s own State is bound to come into play. Addressing the legitimate concerns of the stakeholders is essential to facilitate this process.
There is no alternative to the Centre as well as the leaders of both the regions taking initiatives for a constructive dialogue for resolving the outstanding issues by addressing the legitimate concerns of the stakeholders, to pave the way for separate Statehood for Telangana and thus end the perpetual uncer-tainty undermining the harmonious develop-ment of both the regions. While agitations are necessary for the assertion of legitimate rights, in a democracy, constructive dialogue is indis-pensable for bringing such aspirations to fruition.

Things to know about Telangana

Telangana

How many of you know that telangana was never ruled by britishers?,
It was being ruled by nizams when britishers are ruling rest or most of india,
how many of you know telangana didn’t get its freedom on august 15th 1947?.
When whole India Is celebrating independence on august 15th, millions of telanganites are still crying and craving for freedom from nizams.
Telangana got its freedom on sep 17th 1948 from nizams, when iron man of India Mr patel surrounded hyderabad fort to force king of nizam to surrender and merge it with India.
Telangana have seen several fighters during its freedom struggle, leaders like komuram bheem, raavi rarayana reddy, narayana powar, bheem reddy narshimha reddy dared nizams for their atrocities, brutalities and fought for the liberation of telangana.
Why did most of the sacrifices that were done by telangana fighters were faded away, why didn’t they get a place in history as Gandhi or Nehru or even like alluri or thanguturi?,whose mistake was it, history writers of Andhra Pradesh should be ashamed of this fact.
After telangana got its freedom on sep 17 1948,it was called as hyderabad state for about 8 years until 1956, during this period, based on linguistic nature Hyderabad state had to leave some of the districts to Karnataka and Maharastra.
B Ramakrishna rao was first chief minister of Telangana after the general elections in 1952,during that period in 1953 andhra state was formed from madras, potti sriramulu fought for separate Andhra state on the basis of self respect and self rule, eventually potti sriramulus name was written in history with golden letters for the sacrifice(his life) he did, which is totally understandable, some people treat him as god still which is logical and he deserves it,but there are thousands of telanganites who have sacrificed their lives for telangana they deserve the same respect as sriramulu if not more, but unfortunately most of the sacrifices were not listed anywhere in history, almost 5000 people died in telangana fighting with nizams.

Merging with Andhra

Andhra and telangana was merged in 1956, initially it was called Andhra-telangana and later it was changed to Andhra Pradesh. Many people questioned how come Andhra-telanagana name is changed to Andhra Pradesh, this is one of those questions which is highly debatable, if people say Andhra Pradesh is place where andhra’s live, telangana is “land of telugus”, both have the same meaning.
Since Andhra politicians had domination with a big number, power and money, they were able convince everybody else to change the name to Andhra Pradesh, this is one of the examples of andhra lobbying.
The following are the differences between Andhra and telangana regions then, during the merger which was done in 1956
The first important thing everybody should understand here
British ruled madras presidency(andhra state) was much developed than nizam ruled hyderabad(telangana),Andhra had good education, good wealth ,and good irrigation methods when compared to telangana, the literacy rate in Andhra was very high compared to telangana, Andhrites have a good command of telugu and English, very few telanganites knew telugu writing back then, primarily they were forced to learn urdu under nizam rule.Telanganites were living under nizam kingship or dictatorship(rachrikam),which is one of the most brutal government ever ruled Indian territories.
During the merger, andhrites development index(living standards) were more than 7 times that of telanganites, now after merging rich with poor, educated with not so educated, power with powerless people, obviously the rich, wealthy and powerful people would dominate the other people.
the idea of such merger is ethically wrong, even Nehru opposed to this idea, he quoted this merger as “this merger would be an act of imperial expansionism”.
Many intellectuals were worried if someone from other areas come and rule this area ,chances of exploitation would be more.
The whole idea of merging started since telangana had the best city(Hyderabad),I mean one of the best cities in india then, ambedkar even quoted Hyderabad can be made as second capital of India.
Hyderabad had a very good infrastructure, Assembly, High Court, 2 good airports, railways stations, great transportation, universities, good drainage systems, schools and hospitals, and many more historical wonders of nizam kingdom.
Great telangana engineer vishweshwarayya was the main architect of cities infrastructure.
Hyderabad king was Forbes richest man to ever walk on the earth then, Hyderabad had such wealth, most of it basically the tax of all telangana people.
Andhra and seema had some internal problems, sri bagh agreement is one of the things to assure development in seema region, this is one of the main reason why they had kurnool as its capital.
Kurnool after becoming capital was very difficult for all the politicians of seemandhra to conduct meetings or have an assembly, they had to put up artificial tents to conducts meeting, they even had a budget to prevent animals coming into meeting halls, the infrastructure was very pathetic, you can read this if you can find any old news papers dated 1955.

During the time when SRC was giving a report of linguistic states, when seemandhra politicians wanted telangana to merge with Andhra, they thought their capital city problem and andhraseema internal problems could be solved if this becomes a reality.

SRC reported that majority of seemandhra are in favour of merging, but the opinion of telanganites yet to crystallize, many intellectuals of telangana were opposing this merger, but telangana politicians have become puppets in front of lobbying by seemandhra leaders, since they had very good network with high command, they were able to convince telangana puppet leaders then.
Fazilali commission recommended to make telangana as a separate entity,it also said if at all merging happens, this should happen after 1961 telangana general body elections, only if 2/3 of telanganites wants to merge with seemadhra.
Seemandhra leaders were so intelligent then, they knew it might not happen in 1961,so they started lobbying heavily and made the bill to pass in assembly 1956 and got approval, and that’s how it was merged.
But it was merged with some rules, its like a contract with agreement, Nehru quoted after merger ,Telangana can divorce from Andhra or vice versea, if they dont like it.

That is called as “Gentlemen’s agreement”.

The following are some of the rules in Gentlemen’s agreement

1 If chief minister is from Andhra, deputy should be from telangana and vice versa.
2. 610 GO, local jobs should be given to localites, this would help to bring up telangana people standards.
3. Mulkhi rules, you have to stay at least 12 years to buy a land or to become localite, this would help to avoid land grabbers from innocent farmers or people.
They were some other rules to safeguard telangana development.

After Merging(Andhra Pradesh)

Since the merger,in telangana there were not many educated people or wealthy people or at least as wealthy as andhrites, telangana was completely dominated by andhrites as everybody expected.
All the safeguards to protect telanganites in the form of agreement that was signed during the merger was broken.

Even SRC(fazil ali comm) reported that "telanganites mostly feared of enterprising nature of andhrites will make them use resources of telangana like coal, water, limestone and bauxite etc.. mostly in andhra rather then developing telangana region with these resources".

which came true to a large extent, nagarjuna sagar, singareni coal etc..are some of the examples.

when andhra and telangana merged on the basis of agreement, when that agreement is broken, telanganites have every right to demerge from andhra pradesh.

Starting from education or literature

If we look at the AP’s literature, there are not many references to telangana’s freedom,or telangana sayudha poratam,or telangana culture, since most of the Andhra Pradesh history is written by andhrites, the total life of telanganites under nizam rule is neglected by Andhra literates.
Great Telangana poets like Kaloji,Dasarathi were completely neglected in AP,no body even knows that they even existed.
Even Telanagana independence day(sep17,1948) was not celebrated or even mentioned anywhere in the history books we read in our schools, our leaders can question this, but they are in the process of developing thier family and wealth these things didnt matter to them.

Jobs

Since andhrites are well educated and since they have more influence in government, they were able to get more than 80% of the jobs in capital city as well as other telangana districts.
Look at the secreteriat jobs for example, morethan 85% are non telanganites, now how can we expect and GO would pass in favour of telangana?.
Out of 14 lakh government jobs only 2.5 lakhs are telanganites.

IN 1985 NTR(andhra born leader) accepted the injustice in job sector happend to telangana,he made to pass 610 GO,locals should be given local jobs, that has never been implemented so far, after 2001 after a strong fright from TRS,CBN did put girglani commison to enquire or examine the loopholes happening in 610 GO,this commision reported that more than 2 ,50,000 non telanganites are working in telangana offices illegally.
Promise has been made by govts to solve that problem, but promise just remained as promise never been implemented.

Culture

Telangana culture was never represented properly, one of the biggest festivals of telangana “bathukamma” which would be more than 10 days and sammakka-sarakka,perela festivals were not given enough importance in AP(textbooks, history &media).

Language or Accent

Our accent is being humiliated by most of the non telangana people.
Some say we cant speak telugu, some say ours is a mix of urdu and telugu.
But most of the people say our telugu is not pure..
Actually what is pure telugu?, who defined pure telugu?, theres is no answer to that question.

Movies & Media(99% andhra dominated)

Movies take great pleasure in humiliating our language, they made fun of our accent thousands of times in many movies.
I don’t know why?, hero always speak coastal language and most of the villans or comedians speak our accent,I don’t what do they mean by that, do they think we are either bad or funny!.
Now these are the same people who say all telugu brothers should stay united, so called “oka thalli biddalam(Children of one mother)” ,Do they think rest of the Indians are someone else Children, why dont they remember so called teluguthalli while they are insulting our culture or language in movies?like laughing in the name of telangana ramayanam, baratham?,what the hell are these, dont you feel bad or dont you think your self respect is hurt, if someone makes fun of your mom or dad, language is as sacred as parents for everybody.
Movies(excpet very few 1/1000) never show the life or lifestyle of telangana People in adilabad, medak, nizambad, mahaboobnagar etc districts except hyderabad, they started showing hyderabad only after shifting film industry(1980's) to hyd, they rarely shot in hyd prior to that.

Agriculture

Godavari and Krishna follow through telangana with good catchment area(more than 70%),
Most of the people don’t know what is catchment area,it’s the area of the river where water can be used for irrigation.

But it was not used even 5% of what it could have been used, since canal water is not used in telangana, telangana had to depend up on ground water, eventually ground water drains out as you drill lot of bores, many farmers have commited suicide, telangana holds record in farmer suicides.

Most people say its deccan plateaus,or its uphill area or its upstream flow.
I want to question them,Are you saying river flows upstream in telangana, suddenly entering Andhra it becomes downstream?, the truth is there are some areas in telangana where rivers flow through upstream as it comedown, there are many areas in telangana where proper irrigation methods would help to use water like sriramsagar project,pranahita-chevella.
there are like 10 lift irrigation projects started in telangana only started though, after TRS started to fight for telangana, what does it mean someone has to fight or question thier rights?local telangana congress and tdp leaders are very busy in earning money and living the life of puppet to their bosses like ysr, sonia and chandrababu.
these bosses(YSR,CBN) are very intelligent in choosing candidates, they only choose those telangana leaders who will remain very loyal like a dog,not questioning high command, nodding thier head for every project like polavaram and pothireddypadu, even though lakhs of telangana tribal people will lose thier villages and homes.
There are many more projects that were started, just started though. from 2001 to now.
I wonder why?, its because TRS is always raising telangana slogans and govts wants to kill telangana movement by starting some development.

Hyderabad,A Death Wish

I really pity some seemandhra politicians when they speak about hyd, some say it doesnt belong to telanganites.
they say "it belongs to nizams",nizams are the rulers came to india from arabian countries like persia like how britishers came from europe, britishers built most of the buildings, railways airports in chennai, mumbai, delhi etc..how foolish would it be to say delhi, chennai and mumbai belongs to british not india?.
they really should understand the name of telangana was hyd prior to 1956,hyd was a kind of city has had excess revenue and had facitilities equivalent to delhi during the merger,Dr. Ambedkar wanted hyd to be second capital.
Seemandhra leaders fought for chennai in 1953,which they legally have a right to do so,since they were together in chennai for about 400 years, since majority of chennai are tamilians they couldnt get chennai during separation from Madras, why do they forget that when they claim hyderabad, which was never part of thier region until 1956,and it lies in the middle of telangana.
Not many people know potti sriramulu fought for andhra state with chennai as capital, not just for andhra state.
During his fast on 11thday GOVT sent a message to potti sriramulu saying that it is willing to form andhrastate but without chennai,he didnt agree and continued his fast and eventually sacrificed his life for andhra.
Todays AP assembly was the assembly of telangana until 1956.
Todays AP highcourt is the court of telangana until 1956.
Todays Hyd hospitals are the hospitals Telangana had until 1956.
Most of the railways stations in hyd were already built by 1956 in telangana.Begumpet airport was telangana airport until 1956,just recently we had new airport.Majority of the universties, offices, roads and drainage facilities were developed prior to 1956.

Many seemandra politicians, capitalists started to came to telangana(hyd) in late 70's and early 80's for thier livelihood, they have earned crores and crores of ruppes in hyd, they developed themselves and thier relatives a lot beacuse of hyderabad mainly real estate, and now they say that they developed hyd.

During NTR and CBN rule many people from coastal districts,During YSR many people from rayalaseema came to hyd, used thier power to grab lands(nearly 4 lakh acres) under special econimic zones and do their real estate business,ex.lanco hills, kavuri hills.

There are some telangana locals too in this scandal, but mostly its the ruling party government relatives and family members who does lot of land grabbing.
It was fifth most developed city then, now it has dropped to 6th place after banglore.
is this the great development thats done in AP?
Information Technology is a great developement, but IT is a global phenomenon, every important city in india has it,infact chennai and banglore has more IT than our hyd.
everybody agrees IT is great, but many people project it happend only because of andhra pradesh state status, which is untrue.
Hyd had its IT because of its infrastructure, not the otherway around..
the real developement is which helps majority of people, one such example electricity was introduced in hyd in 1919,where in chennai or banglore it was introduced in 1930 or later, thats how advanced hyd was prior to 1956.

the real development is how many new railway stations, schools, hospitals have been developed.
do we have international airport?,the new airport was developed in 2009,while the rest of the cities are operating as international airports already.
Telanganites are demanding telangana right from 1956,since the merger(against the wishes of telanganites),telanganites started protests in 1956,1961,1969,1985,1996(TelanaganaVidyavanthulaVediaka formed),2000(BJP was ready to give telangana, but CBN resisted) and in 2001 TRS formed,2009/2010(peoples movement) irrespective of so called hyd developement, thier telangana demand remained constant, telanganites never asked thier share in tirupati, vizag, vijayawada or whatever seemadhra revenue generators are, only because thier single point agenda is telangana right from the merger, telangana word was banned in late 70's to 80's,90's,by govts people were forced to forget, lot of telangana supporters were encountered&killed in the name of naxaites during that period, after 1969 movement naxalites increased drastically manily because of hatred towards government since they crushed telangana movement by killing 400 students in osmania.
Cons of Hyderabad in AP

Having only one big city in state has many disadvantages like it centralizes too much,i mean it will tend to become administrative, financial, industrial, entertainment, educational and sports capital, there by increases the population, pollution and worst problem is traffic.
We should decentralize big cities, and make sure we have 2 or 3 big cities in every state. telangana might provide that solution,as andhra would have to concentrate on new capital, whichwould greatly help their infrastructure ,provide new jobs to lakhs of people and would be affordable to their people, and there by it helps decentralize hyd.the other disadvantage of hyd right now is,as the industries keep growing in one place, the industrial waste is contaminating the water of nalgonda districts causing fluoride problems, lakhs of children are being born with worst disabilities.
but we often dont care what happens in our neighbouring nalgonda,we only see our our IT and how industries are growing.
By any means i am not saying hyd doesnt belong to seemandhra people it belongs to all people in india, but geographically it is in telangana and it belongs to telangana,it would be unfair on seemadhra leaders to say they developed hyd and claim it,everybody contributed for hyderabad, everybody got something from hyderabad.

How can telanganaState be a solution

Even gandhi quoted the following under british rule, when british rulers said "We developed roads,we constructed dams we bulit hospitals we developed india alot, india didnt have none of these when we came here",Gandhi answered you might have given us everything but you took our self respect.

Gandhi said "Development can never substitute selfrespect, selfgovernence and and sef rule".

you might say britishers are other nationals, but we are indians, but it doesnt matter as long as telanganites think andhra rulers are not one of them, same rule should apply for telanganites.

By forming telangana

1. Telangana can gain its self respect, they dont have to be under somebody(in thier own land) to ask or fight for anything.
2. They can concentrate on thier forgotten lands to develop, use water accordingly like how rest of the states are using the catchment area when they have rivers flowing through them.
3. They can learn thier forbidden culture and feel proud of thier cultural identity, which would be very difficult to maintain in AP.
4. Out if 14 lkh govt jobs, telangana will get ts share of 6 lakhs jobs+,with the net increase of almost 3 lakhs+ jobs for telnagana.
5. Singereni coal can be used to supply good amount of electricty to telangana farmers since they will be depending up on lift irrigantion methods.
6. Many new universities, colleges and schools can be constructed on population basis, right now telangana doesnt even have 30% of schools or colleges or universities,as they constitute 40% of AP population, and area wise they are nearly 42% of AP.
7. Telanagana can help hyd decentralise some of its industries, adminstration to new capital of andhra, there by decreasing pollution, popultion and traffic, there by making neighboring districts little bit safer.
All of this may not make sense to most of my seemandhra friends,I want to say one last thing if you look any sector its dominated by andhra capitalists mainly coastal region, well there is a historical reason for their domination.
during early 1900's sir arthurcotton developed great irrigation projects and constructed good schools, libraries in coastal region there by people living that region fluorished way ahead then rest of the area's there by gaining economical and social advantage they started to start thier enterprises, when people from one region gains some social &economic advantage, they often tend to undetermined other cultures & identities, this eventually started to become more and more and people from other regions feel underdeveloped like telangana, uttarandhra, rayalaseema.

Finally im not saying separate telangana is the only solution, but as far as i am and as well as telanganites(general public, students, lawyers, doctors, minorities, caste organisations and political leaders) are concerned, telangana state will solve many of the problems, mainly bringing our selfrespect, this self respect will not make sense to most of non telanganites, because you have to be a telaganite to understand how it feels to be a telanganite, the same reason why we fought against britishers and the same reason why andhra separated from madras state.

Why not telangana ?

Even if you dont agree with my theories, why dont we take some smaller states example that were formed in india.
Punjab and Haryana, both have rapidly increased their GDP after forming 2 entites and living peace fully since separation.
gujarat and maharastra, everybody were scared and thought gujarat wouldnt survive without mumbai and maharastra when separating from maharastra, now gujarat is one of the india most developed states.
new states uttaranchal, chattisgarh and jharkand, these 3 states recorded increase of 180,150 and 100% increase in GDP,while india recorded 75% increase since 2001.
some people say jharkand has some administrative problems after becomming state, they should remember that jharkand always had problems even when they were in bihar, what matters is how state was able to increase the revenue and develop, this was mentioned by then finance minster Chidambaram(homeminister).
smaller states would give better governance, and accessibility of resources to the people would increase dramatically.
Common Misunderstandings between telanganites and seemandhrites
Telanganites easily blame andhrites for every distress of thiers, which is not good, its the mistake of our ancestors, who failed to implement some of the safeguards to protect telanganites.
If there is someone to blame it should be telangana leaders who never really thought whats good for their region, had they been loyal to telangana, merger wouldnt have happened.
Andhrites think telanganites always complain, and they are lazy to do anything, which is also false, for example
If we think since 1956 we(andhra and telangana) are running a 100m developement running race, seemandhra started from 30m(development index),telangana started from 4m,now you cant say telangana is lazy as its fallen behind, since telangana and andhra were never at the same levels to compete.
Telangana underdevelopment is not because of andhrites exploitation, its just the historical mistake, whoever is in the place of andhrites everybody would do the same(even if Telanganites are in andhrites place) try to protect their own interests.

Rich would dominate poor, rich people culture will dominate poor people culture, but when poor starts to become independent he will question rich domination, that is what telangana in short is

I sincerely apologize if i hurt somebody's sentiments,my statistics may not be accurate, but i tried to as accurate as i can by doing some research.
